Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nomination fees

Nomination fees are non-refundable once the nomination is submitted.

Passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person ahead of the event by writing to support@creatorsconclave.com.

The cut-off for transfers (the number of days before the event) is to be announced.

If we cancel the event, all pass holders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If we postpone the event, passes remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the new date, you may request a refund after the announcement.

The number of days you have to make that request is to be announced.

Failed or duplicate payments are refunded automatically within 7–10 working days.

Sponsorship and stall bookings follow the terms of the individual agreement.
