Agreement

This website is operated by Bee Echoo Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad (“we”, “us”). By using it or buying a pass or nomination, you agree to these terms.

Passes and tickets

Passes are valid only for the named event and date. Each QR e-ticket admits the number of people shown and can be scanned once.

Entry

Entry is subject to security checks. We may refuse entry for misconduct or a duplicate / invalid ticket.

Changes to the event

Event dates, venue, speakers, jury and agenda may change. Any change will be announced on this website and by email.

Photography and filming

Photos and videos are taken at the event. By attending, you consent to appearing in event media.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

Ownership

All website content, logos and the Creators Conclave and CreatorX names belong to Bee Echoo Pvt Ltd.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad having jurisdiction.
